Where can I see the tiles and stones?

Either on the manufacturers' websites or at our showroom in Berkhamsted for which the address is: Unit 12, Canalside, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, Herts. HP4 1EG.

What products do you sell?

Extensive range of wall and floor tiles in materials such as Porcelain, Ceramic, Stone, Slate and Marble. Also we have shower, toilet and sink units on display and can obtain other options of your choice which can be viewed on our suppliers' Websites.

Can tiles be laid on existing ones?

In most cases this is possible but it is advisable to speak to a member of staff for advice on an individual situation.

Can stones and tiles be laid indoors and outdoors?

Yes, some ranges are suitable for both applications, but please ask a member of staff about suitability of your chosen product.

Can you deliver/delivery charge?

Yes, we can deliver and the charges vary according to weight, size and distance. Please ask for specific details when ordering.

How long would I have to wait for delivery?

If the materials are in stock delivery would be 2-3 days, however, if it is not a stock item delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks. Please ask a member of staff for further details.

How are tiles and stones maintained?

Please refer to the manufacturer's installation and maintenance guides or ask a member of our staff.

How long do stones and tiles last?

If properly installed and maintained your chosen product can last you a lifetime.

Do natural products require sealant?

Yes, natural products require sealing and this is dependent upon the material and usage.

Can floor tiles be used with underfloor heating?

Definitely, when installed following the manufacturers' instructions; please ask a member of our staff.

Is electric underfloor heating expensive to run?
